Starting in the industry as an intern in 2015 before leaving university to pursue real estate full time, Sam built his career from the ground up, working across sales, auctioneering, operations, leadership, and growth roles. After seven years within a major real estate network spanning franchise growth, recruitment, training, legal, partnerships, and M&A, he moved into high-growth businesses outside the industry, specialising in scaling operations, systems, and revenue performance.

Most notably, Sam helped scale a telehealth business from $12 million to $60 million in annual revenue during a period of international expansion into the UK, before moving into revenue operations within the property compliance sector.

Known for his curiosity, pattern recognition, and ability to solve problems quickly, Sam thrives in fast-moving environments where growth and innovation are constant. His ability to combine commercial thinking with a people-first mindset has made him a key part of WHITEFOX’s continued evolution, bringing together process, performance, and long-term strategy in a way that helps move the business forward globally. 

At WHITEFOX, Sam works closely with leadership and the wider HQ team to support the brand’s ongoing growth, focusing on operational efficiency, business performance, and scalable infrastructure across the wider business. His experience across both real estate and high-growth companies allows him to bring a practical, commercially driven approach to problem solving and long-term strategic execution.
